This is by far the favourite Airbnb I have stayed at, it is so cute and cozy and relaxing. I would have stayed another night if it was available, it is literally the perfect spot. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there again. Absolutely wonderful hosts as well. They even put a little sign welcoming my two sons and husband and I, it was so sweet, they really care.

Duck Pond Cottage -
We had an awesome stay! AnneAlyse was an incredibly kind host and very accommodating. When she learned it was my daughter's birthday the next day, she went above and beyond to create a Birthday Welcome Board and setup balloons for my daughter to find upon our arrival. This was a really wonderful touch that really made my daughter's night. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely be using this location again as we travel back and forth through the area!

Edgewood Escape -
This property was perfect for my family. It was spotless and well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing along with the game room. the hosts were some of the best I have ever had the privilege of talking with. always willing to help and always had great recommendations. I highly recommend this property when staying in Knoxville. We will certainly be back.

We loved our stay here! The house was very cozy and comfortable, and our teen loved the loft upstairs. South Knoxville is our favorite place to stay when we’re here. It’s so easy to get to and from campus. This house will definitely be our go-to spot when we’re visiting our daughter at UTK!

Ride Resort at Baker Creek -
We needed a place close to my work and I don’t do hotels. Booking was very easy. This place is very cute and the hot tub was a nice touch. I stay in Airbnbs all over the country, this one was probably the cleanest I’ve ever been in. We loved it! Would give it a 10/10!

The Treehouse at Little River -
We are Airbnb hosts and AnneAlyse goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and wanted. The hot tub was a bonus for evening chill time. The kitchen was fully stocked and she had extras that were such a nice touch. It was lovely and close to everything we needed. We would 100% stay there again.

Fountain City Paradise -
A group of friends and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and were very pleased with this home! It was the perfect size, felt very homey, and was very clean! We loved the hot tub, the dock, back patio, and the living spaces. AnneAlyse was very helpful and kind, and responded in a very timely manner! Great stay.

The Lodge at Little River -
My stay was flawless! The space was beautiful and comfortable with everything I needed for my 2-night stay in Knoxville. Communication with AnneAlyse was better than expected and she seemed to anticipate any questions I might have before my arrival. She checked in with me each day and recommended local restaurants. I use Airbnb on a regular basis, and I must say this is at the top in terms of host communication. Will definitely stay here again.
